Shipping & Delivery

We aim to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we ship and what to expect once your order is placed.

Shipping Options

We offer three delivery methods at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping — 5–7 business days — €5.00
  • Express Shipping — 2–3 business days — €12.00
  • Next Day Delivery — Order before 2pm — €20.00

Where We Deliver

We ship to the following regions:

  • Ireland — 2–3 business days
  • United Kingdom — 3–5 business days
  • Europe — 5–7 business days
  • United States — 7–10 business days
  • Canada — 7–10 business days
  • Australia — 10–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch. Delays may occasionally occur due to carrier volumes, weather conditions, or customs processing, particularly for international orders.

Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Irish public holidays). Orders placed after 2pm may be processed the following business day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery directly with the courier.

Delivery Issues

If something goes wrong with your delivery, here is what to do:

  • Package shows as delivered but not received — Check with neighbours or building management first. If still not found, contact us within 48 hours.
  • Order delayed — Use your tracking number to check the status. If your order is more than 5 days past the estimated delivery date, please get in touch.
  • Package arrived damaged — Take photos of the packaging and contents immediately and contact us within 24 hours to arrange a resolution.
  • Wrong delivery address entered — Contact us immediately. We may be able to redirect your order before it ships. Address changes after dispatch may incur additional fees.
