Package not delivered
If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or building management. Contact us within 48 hours if still not found.
Delayed shipment

Damaged package
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and contents immediately. Contact us within 24 hours to arrange a replacement or refund.
Wrong address
If you entered the wrong delivery address, contact us immediately. We may be able to redirect your package before it ships. Address changes after shipping may incur additional fees.
